Steps to Production

The steps below can serve as a basic guide for building an order. Please contact your Customer Service Representative for further clarification.

• Choose Your Style
  • Click USB Flash Drives and choose from our extensive selection of customizable USB Flash Drive. At USBsmg all our standard styles are priced identically to make your selection even easier. Most of the styles you see on our site are available in a variety of colors.

     

• Identify Your Desired MemorySize

  • USBsmg offers a wide selection of memory sizes ranging from 32MB up to 4GB. If you require something larger or smaller – please speak with your Customer Service Representative to discuss a custom quote on sourcing your desired product.

• Determine the Necessary Quantity

  • Perhaps you have a specific budget for this project or have a targeted audience that represents a specific quantity of flash drives, either way – work with an USBsmg Customer Service Representative to identify the right product for you.

• Choose a Packaging Option

  • At USBsmg We offers a wide selection of packaging and customized packaging options for your custom USB Flash Drives. Please ask your Customer Service representative to recommend packaging options that is best suited for your promotion, gift, marketing campaign or upcoming convention.

    Do you have a customized packaging requirement? Speak to a Customer Service representative about minimum order requirements to create unique packaging options.     • Available on most Flash Drives, this popular option is available in standard production up to 3 colors. In the event you need additional colors printed – please speak with a Customer Service Representative to get a custom

    Engraving

    • Available on with metal flash drives only.
    • Consult with your Customer Service Representative to find out which styles are available to be engraved.

    Hot Stamping

    • Available on the select group of leather cased flash drives.
    • Consult with your Customer Service Representative to find out which styles are available to be hot stamped.

  • Now that you have outlined exactly what you are looking for,you are ready to receive an accurate price quote. Prices are subject to change without notice; however we endeavor to honor any price quote we make for 10 business days.

• Submit Artwork for a Mock Up

  • Please review our acceptable artwork formats and submit your
    artwork via email to your Customer Service Representative or
    directly to our artwork department at www.FileTransferStation.com.
    Any vector files including text, should be outlined prior to uploading or emailing USBsmg.com.

    Please outline the following elements to expedite the digital proof process:

    • Indicate the complete information you would like to decorate your custom USB flash drives. (i.e. Web address,
      phone numbers)
    • Please indicate if known the font style you would like to print your message. (In the event we do not have your
      font on file, your Customer Service Representative will contact you to discuss how we can still print your desired font style)
    • Please indicate if you would like any specific PMS (Pantone) colors, this will be indicated in your proof if requested.

    You will receive your digital proof in a .JPG file format (typically) within 24 business hours of your request. Please inspect your digital proof in extreme detail. Your initials are required on a printed version of that proof to initiate an order. No orders will go into production without artwork approval.
